Marketing and Promotion

To begin marketing and publicising the event I would be working directly with design teams to create and distribute various forms of printed marketing, such as flyers posters. I would need to distribute the printed material accordingly to the site-specific locations in order to draw in audience’s attentions from an early stage on in order to secure those who may have interest in attending the event.

Other ways of branching out into marketing would be to use online social media websites to be able to circulate event pages, updates to followers and to publish updates on the process of the making of the animation. Social media has struck a high interest mostly in young adults, and therefore the rapid circulation of the event would be easy to implement, further reaching a wider audience.
